The truth allegedly emerged through a series of disclosures beginning January 8, 2026, when a miss on new patient starts sent the stock down roughly 37% in a single day, followed by investigative reports and the company's January 30, 2026 disclosure of an FDA warning letter, and culminating on February 24, 2026, when the FDA publicly released its warning letter directly contradicting management's characterization. The complaint alleges the stock fell from $31.99 to under $13 per share over this period.
